Naturally Dyed Tote Bag

This is a scarf that a customer purchased through my on-line shop, but was then lost en route to its destination. Now every month I get an email from USPS saying that my package is still lost, but they are searching and doing everything in their power to locate it. Not sure how long before they give up and reimburse me for the shipping and the value of the scarf. :)
